Filtering and sorting the application list
Narrow the Landscape down to the applications you care about.
The Filters panel on the left of Landscape › Applications applies to all three views (Cards, Heatmap and Table). The number next to Filters shows how many filters are active; Clear removes them all.
Available filters
- Search – type part of an application or organisation name.
- Sort by (Cards and Heatmap only) – choose the sort field and use the arrow button to switch between ascending and descending. In the Table view you sort by clicking column headers instead.
- Rating · – click one or more band chips (Very High, High, Medium, Low, Very Low) to keep only applications in those bands. The — chip selects applications without a rating for the chosen area. The area follows the Rating drop-down at the top of the page.
- Trend – Rising, Flat or Declining compared with the previous analysis.
- Status – Active applications are analysed; Inactive applications have their analysis disabled.
- Activity – Currently analysing shows only applications with an analysis running right now.
- Last analysis – a From and To date to keep applications whose latest analysis falls in that period.
Filters combine: an application must match all of them to be shown.
Tips
- Combine Rating: Low, Very Low with Trend: Declining to find applications that need attention first.
- Use Status: Inactive to find applications whose analyses were switched off by an administrator.
